Les Roches School faced several challenges with multiple apps for various services. This complexity often confused users, as there were separate apps for Campus Maps, Emergency Lines, Events, Timetables, Assignments, and more. Students were uncertain about which apps they actually needed, and some of these apps lacked practical functionality.
Another significant issue was that these apps didn't maintain a consistent brand identity. They were developed at different times, resulting in a lack of uniformity in terms of branding.
Lastly, maintaining all these separate apps required a substantial amount of effort from the team.
